A rule sign gives road users a rule or indicates a road point where the traffic rule associated with the sign is applied.

Sizes of standard traffic signs

Reflectance classes of road sign film types
- R1, R2 and R3, the higher the number, the higher the reflectivity
Authorization processing
Generally, installing a sign requires a permit. The permit document specifies e.g. size, color and reflective film of the sign.
