The sign prohibits passing a moving motorized vehicle other than a two-wheeled motorcycle or moped without a sidecar with a truck. The sign does not apply to passing a vehicle grouped together for turning in the grouping area or passing a vehicle traveling in the joining lane. The mark is valid until mark C31.
Traffic sign materials and standard
