The additional plate indicates that the prohibition indicated by traffic sign C8 applies to the passage of group B dangerous goods according to the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency's order on the transport of dangerous goods by road. Transport is permitted if the place of loading or unloading of the substance is located in the restricted area of the said sign. The shortest route must be taken to the loading or unloading place, and the vehicle must be moved out of the sign-restricted area immediately after loading.
