In connection with sign C38, the additional plate indicates that parking is permitted regardless of the ban, if a confirmed payment has been made for parking. In connection with the sign E2, E3 or E4, the additional plate indicates that a fixed fee must be paid for the use of the parking space. The obligation to pay is valid during the validity period indicated on the additional plate. If no validity period has been indicated, the payment obligation is always valid. The additional plate can also indicate the payment method (for example "Ticket machine" or "Advance payment"). If the confirmed payment has been made in a different way than to the parking meter intended for the parking space or area in question, the parking ticket or payment device indicating the payment must be placed in a visible place during parking, on the inside of the windshield or Sivulas in the car, so that the front side of the ticket or device can be seen and read in its entirety from the outside. What is stipulated in the third paragraph does not apply to payments made electronically.
