These terms and conditions apply to the online store managed by Mainonnanhojat Ky (business ID number 0501635-1). Use of the online store requires acceptance of these terms. The customer is deemed to accept the following conditions when ordering products.
Mainonnanhaitajat Ky (Y-ID 0501635-1) sells various TOPIMO products in the online store for industry, trade, real estate, public spaces, passenger terminals and maritime traffic (IMO) signs, signs and tapes with or without backlighting, in different sizes, in films, primed with Dura-Plate, for aluminum or PVC sheet, registered companies, associations and private individuals in Finland. The prices of the products include the valid value added tax. We reserve the right to change product prices and shipping costs

Ordering
Products are ordered on the website of the online store by moving them to the shopping cart. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or for clarifying any ambiguities that arise in it. When ordering from the online store, you are required to have familiarized yourself with and agreed to the delivery conditions valid at any given time.
Order and payment confirmation
Sending confirmation messages requires providing an email address when ordering. When you add products to the shopping cart and accept them, the store automatically sends a copy of the order to your email.
Discounts
Promotional discounts are displayed as percentages for the ordered product.
Delivery method and costs
Choose a shipping method. Shipping costs will be added to the invoice. Express shipments are billed according to suppliers' price lists.
Companies that have a transport contract with LaasOne, Matkahuolto or Posti mark that section as active and add their contract number to the additional information section of the shopping basket. In this case, the online store automatically takes the delivery costs into account in the invoicing.
Payment
The payment options available in our online store are invoice, 7-day net (additional fee 5 €/invoice) and the Verifone BlueCommerce bank payment system (additional fee 2.50 €/invoice).

Delivery time
Delivery time for products is usually 5 to 9 business days. For more special products, for example products ordered with a free text, the delivery time is approximately 9 to 14 business days. More precise times are announced in connection with product options and separate offers. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect harm caused by delays. Deviating delivery times will be announced on the website of the online store.

Exchange and return conditions
All products have a 14-day right of return, except for signs and signs made with our own texts. The returned product must be unused.

Problem situations
If the product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not match your order, you must report the error to the party mentioned in the exchange and return conditions within 14 days at the latest. If the package is damaged in transit, the product must be immediately complained to the transport company.
